Our customers benefit from our special infrastructure, which has been specifically designed to fulfil this need by allowing the fastest possible exchange of defective material. Exchange times vary between 2 hours and several days depending on the agreed service level.

Together with various network partners whom we represent exclusively in Switzerland (such as Choice Logistics, Base Logistics, Logistics International, Servicelogistics), we provide the customer with so called Real Time Visibility Tools. These internet- and barcode based tools enable the customer to have complete control over the whereabouts of his products, worldwide.
